Preferences - Publishing - AutoReplace

Introduction

Use the Replace function if you wish to replace certain words or expressions on publishing (such as build notes etc.). To edit your AutoReplace Publish Settings:

1. On the Edit menu, select Preferences submenu.

2. Select Publish on the tree view of the Preferences dialog and then select AutoReplace (you may need to scroll down the tree view).

To Add a Replace Term

1. Enter the expression you want to replace in the ‘Replace’ window.

2. Enter the expression you want to be replaced with in the ‘With’ window.

3. Click "Replace".

To Remove a Replace Term

1. On the ‘With’ window, click on the replace expression you want to remove.

2. Click "Delete".
